Why Bicara Wira

What Sets This Work Apart

Small Group Format

Every programme is capped. Nobody speaks to a room of strangers. The format allows for questions that actually matter to the people present.

Written Summaries

Each session produces a written record for the participant — material meant to be returned to, not discarded after the final class.

Malaysian Context

Content is grounded in Malaysian instruments — EPF, unit trusts, local ETFs, Bank Negara regulated products — not abstracted international examples.

Unhurried Pace

Programmes are deliberately paced. There is no pressure to absorb everything at once. The schedule assumes participants have a working life alongside the course.

No Product Sales

Bicara Wira does not sell financial products. The programmes are fee-based education only — no commission interest attached to any recommendation in class.

George Town, Penang

Sessions are held at our own premises in George Town. A fixed, familiar location matters when attending over multiple weeks or months.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Who are these programmes designed for? +
Primarily for those in their forties and above who have not had formal exposure to financial planning and who want to understand their position clearly. No prior investment knowledge is required. Participants need only bring their own financial situation and a willingness to examine it steadily.
Are the sessions conducted in English or Bahasa Malaysia? +
Sessions are conducted in English. Written summaries and materials are prepared in English. Participants who prefer to ask questions or discuss in Bahasa Malaysia are welcome to do so — the facilitators are comfortable with both.
How many people are in each group? +
The Considered Investing Foundations programme is capped at fifteen. Charting the Present runs in cohorts of six to eight. The Pre-Retirement Pathway Programme is a single-track mentor-led engagement with limited availability each year.
Where do sessions take place? +
All sessions are held at our premises at 65 Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, George Town, Penang. We do not offer online formats at present. Attending in person is part of how the sessions work.
What is the fee and how is payment arranged? +
Charting the Present is RM 690, Considered Investing Foundations is RM 2,180 and the Pre-Retirement Pathway Programme is RM 2,580. Payment details are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Fees cover all materials and written summaries; there are no additional costs within the programme.
Will I receive specific investment advice? +
No. Bicara Wira provides financial education — not personalised financial advice or investment recommendations. The programmes build understanding and equip participants to make their own considered decisions. We do not hold a licence to provide personal financial advice and do not offer it.
When does the next intake begin? +
Intakes vary by programme. The best way to find out about upcoming dates is to send an enquiry. We respond to all enquiries within two working days with current availability and forthcoming schedule.
